About the Program

Today’s leaders are asked to accomplish more, faster, with fewer resources. Those who are able to rise to this challenge can help their organizations gain and retain competitive advantage as they embrace the concepts of leadership agility. Leaders who are reluctant to demonstrate leadership agility often find their careers derailed, unable to reach their full potential and delivering less value to their organizations than they might have otherwise. This two-day course is taught by Miquel Lladó, Senior Lecturer at the IESE Business School, former CEO of Sara Lee Bakery Europe-Bimbo Bread, and former VP of PepsiCo Foods Spain. Miquel draws on his extensive experience and management success to share the lessons of leadership agility.

Experience & Results

Utilizing the Leadership Agility Compass framework, developed by Bill Joiner & Stephen Josephs, Miquel leads course participants through the four types of agility: context-setting, stakeholder, self-leadership, and creative. All four concepts will be fully explored so that participants can internalize and then actively implement the techniques when they return to the office. This practical, actionable, and interactive course includes case study discussion, reflection exercises, small group work, and individual action plan development. Participants will return to their roles with renewed energy and be more equipped to lead effectively through complexity and change.
