The graduate and undergraduate programs in human resources and industrial relations at the University of Minnesota are an outstanding way to begin or further one's career in HR IR. As a part of the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies (CHRLS), we are an international leader in research, education, and outreach and are dedicated to the study and teaching of HR IR, and all facets of the employment relationship. Along with our highly regarded degree programs, we maintain a specialized reference library, research institute, active alumni association, and outreach units that provide non-credit training to HR professionals and the labor movement.
