2009 Strategies
The Year of Complete Stabilization & Total Consolidation
- Continue Performance Appraisal initiative with implementation & testing of Management-By-Objective program
- Introduce & implement Strategic Business Partner methodology to Human Resources Team
- Stabilize 24/72/7 compliance with use of online HR Ticketing System
- Develop & implement formal training and on-going experiential learning programs to support Kaizen Team Leaders, Administrative Services, and the Carlson School as a whole.
- Create a cutting edge Talent Development Program (TDP) that supports the equality of Professional Development and the Carlson Strategic direction.
- Implement formal Supervisor Training Program
- Stabilize and Consolidate the innovative Strategic accomplishments of 2008 through use of continuous improvement methods
